Ceylon is very fine broken tea leaves from Sri Lanka that produces a very heavy cup of tea.  This tea holds up well to the addition of milk and also makes a good base for flavored teas.  This is the closest tea we offer that is comparable to what is flavored Chai in India or breakfast type tea in England.
