Darjeeling teas come from the mountainous Darjeeling district of India, in the foothills of the Himalayas. This is a broken leaf Darjeeling, known as Mirik TGBOP, good for use in tea bags. Its flavor is sharp with a berry-like character. Darjeeling’s are often described as having a "crisp astringency" to their cup.
