Our King Creole Seasoning was around well before any cooking shows on television made Louisiana cooking famous. As long as New Orleans stands as a city of culinary treasures, Creole cooking will outlast the ever-changing hot and trendy fad foods.

Many of our customers have come to our store with Emeril Lagasse's book clutched in their hands, determined to make Emeril's own Creole seasoning. After enough customers seemed to want this, we went out and bought one of Emeril's books and checked out his recipe. Much to our surprise, the ingredients were the sameas our King Creole, in slightly different proportions. We do want you to know, however, that we have been making this blend long before BAM! became a household word. So we both must be doing something right!
