For summer sun tea, add 2 to 4 teaspoons of tea to 4 cup of cold water, and place it in a glass jar with a lid. Set the jar in the sun; in one hour, check the tea strength. Continue to steep until tea reaches your desired strength. Sweeten and pour over ice.
