Tuo cha pu-erh tea (also spelled puer and puerh) compressed into 
3 gram balls. Pu-erh undergoes a unique processing method of sun fixation, rolling, piling, drying, compressing, and aging. Each tea ball is suitable for one cup (which may be brewed multiple times without getting bitter) and yields a dark cup with earthy, sweet notes.
